Got the “Jack Frost Blend” to amend my raised beds and am convinced it was chock full of seeds. There are weeds growing everywhere any place I used the blend. Same types of weeds anywhere I used it (in two different locations), and no weeds in any of my other beds or pots. I’m a long time gardener and have gotten bulk soil from several other companies before. I’ve never had this issue until now.

Overall not a great company to do business with. I purchased 2 trees (one ordered and one on site) and was told by Jeremy (store manager) it would be $75 to half the price of the tree to install. When I received the quote it was close to $600. After explaining my frustration to James (landscaping manager) he thought it was best I speak with the owner Beth. Mind you I didn't ask to speak with the manager he suggested this because of the mis information I kept receiving from Jeremy. The owner Beth made me feel even worse after just telling the story of what was happening. Finding excuses for the team versus being a leader. I never asked for a discount, return or anything! She spoke over me explaining that I was understanding things incorrectly which wasn't the case, her team was giving incorrect information. We ultimately just asked for delivery instead of install and they were gracious and cut the delivery price for us (again, i never asked for anything). When we received the trees the tree I had ordered from their grower was an easy install but the tree they had on site was horribly root bound. I dont have much hope for that tree but I'd rather lose the money on a tree than deal wi

Don’t believe the 1 year warranty they claim to have (when purchasing.) I purchased multiple 4.5 ft tall plants from there and half died within months. When I returned to get them replaced I was told they have no warranty on plants after 24 hours. Then after I got upset because I was told they had a 1 yr warranty like Lowes and Home Depot, he agreed to replace 1 with a 6in seedling that was less than half the cost. Dishonesty and not taking care of their regular customers is why I will never be back to buy anything from Jack Frost Garden Center.

They had a beautiful selection of the string of turtles!! They were so lush and full. Well cared for and waiting for new homes! Check them out today! You won't regret it. Sharol was the sweetest! Will be back soon ❤️

This is the second time we have purchased hardwood to burn for the winter from Jack Frost. The first time, we received a "normal" amount of debris; dirt, saw dust, mulch and bark. This time, we received a ridiculous amount of this extra waste. I called them and they did not really offer a solution except maybe sending someone out next week to pick some of it up. They dumped the wood in my driveway where I normally park my vehicles and expect me to wait til next week for them to "maybe" pick some of it up? This was uncalled for and I will re-think purchasing from them again. Buyer beware!!!
